Reporting to the TMOD Specialist, the Graduate Associate will assist the department manager with the development and execution of assigned projects. The Graduate Associate role will help you to develop the necessary skills and knowledge in different departments to take over in an advances Associate or even a specialist role after having finished the Graduate Programme.
Key Accountabilities
Project Management
- Assist to design and develop assigned projects
- Develop action plans to successfully execute all tasks
- Analyse the data and information relevant to the task
- Help with automating existing manual processes
Support
- Support the department with ad hoc tasks and small projects
- Assist the department in the general administration relevant to the task assigned
- Help to identify and evaluate improvements on existing processes and get insight into documentation processes
- Get to know the SOPs, processes, and procedures of each department that is part of the Graduate Programme
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in either Scientific, Commercial or Engineering,
- Master’s degree of advantage
Experience
- Knowledge gained during summer jobs or internships
- Any previous professional experience of advantage
Technical Skills
- Hands on knowledge of project management techniques
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Profound English language skills
- Leading self
