Overview

Reporting to the IT Manager or assigned Senior BA the Associate BA is responsible to support in the analysis of company business processes, support in the design relevant IT solutions and support the delivery IT process automation projects. The Associate BA will work closely with senior colleagues to provide application user support, complete system documentation, perform application testing and provide user training.   

Key Accountabilities

ERP Business Application Architecture

  • Develop knowledge of various FCP departments processes and software functionality.
  • Support in the analysis and deployment of software applications
  • Complete application software users documentation and coordinate user application testing

ICT Project Management

  • Participate and support senior colleagues in business analysis, requirements definitions and solution deployments.
  • Update project status reports

Systems & Software Support

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level support to end users for assign depts.
  • Deliver software training to end users. 
  • Support software quality and security audit process

People & Section Management

  • Participate in project teams with a can-do attitude.

Latitude

  • Follow practices and procedures. 

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

  • MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics or Business & IT 

Experience

  • 1 years of ICT professional experience.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to perform business analysis and engage positively with business process owners 
  • Knowledge of Process Mapping Techniques and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of Enterprise application concepts and Business Intelligence solutions
  • Technical knowledge of Project management for delivery of IT business solutions 
  • Understanding of software development with traditional and agile methodologies
  • Capability to choose required procedures for tasks
  • Capability to search for solutions, analyse requirements, and organise work effectively
