Job Description

Overview

Reporting to the Head of HR, the primary focus of the role is to support and the HR function with accurate and up to date reporting and analytics, ensuring reporting systems are in place and systems are maintained with consistent and accurate data. Core part of the role is to ensure proper HR planning processes are in place, future reporting development progress as well as supporting and leading HR team by driving development of system knowledge and analytical skills. 

Key Accountabilities

PowerBI HR reporting development

  • Ensuring maintenance, updates and data import on time for HR databases.
  • Developing and regularly updating standard reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
  • Liaise with ICT and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity in PowerBi in line with ERP.
  • Driving and supporting the automation of HR reporting (i.e., performance management, mandatory and voluntary training etc.) while maintaining consistency and accuracy of data.
  • Providing regular and ad hoc reporting.

Process mapping and HR SOP maintenance, development, and automation

  • Mapping business processes to identify areas of possible automation potential within the HR department.
  • Developing, providing visibility and maintaining SOPs within the HR department in line with company policies 
  • Identify and lead system related projects along with IT to help the HR function to coordinate the business with HR management, other departments, 
  • Supporting company internal and external audits through liaising with key stakeholders 

Training and Performance Management

  • Continuous training and coaching of HR personnel in terms of PowerBi, ERP usage and ICT systems / applications.
  • Drive simplification and automation of tasks related to HR by influencing and connecting with the HR team, ensuring on-time tasks delivery and input’s accuracy.
  • Support department heads within the assigned business areas to enable execution of streamlined talent management and career progression initiatives in line with Company methodologies.
  • Support the Performance Management cycle by assisting the business areas in building streamlined talent development plans and identifying and managing high performing individuals. 
  • Help the HoHR in the process of central alignment and calibration for the performance review process and KPI scoring.

Ideal Candidate profile:

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Science or relevant field; 

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG sector with experience in data management, research and information gathering, analytical thinking and problem solving.
